One connected law-office system

From client intake to matter management, deadlines, billing, documents and client communication — AEGYS keeps your law office in one organized workspace.

Client → Matter → Task / Hearing / Filing → Billing → Payment → Documents → Client Communication

  • Client and matter workflow. From intake to the matter page: charges, SOA, payments, tasks, hearings, and filings stay on one screen instead of scattered tools.
  • Philippine collections. GCash and Maya proofs plus an ops queue. Standalone payment links are included in the Basic desk. The Client payment portal is an optional ₱10,000 add-on after purchase — not included in the 7-day trial. AEGYS licence fees are paid by GCash/Maya/bank and activated by A & S.
  • SOA & acknowledgment receipts. Firm letterhead PDFs and email delivery from your workspace — not generic templates.
  • Your brand, your data. Upload your logo and letterhead for the nav and PDFs. Each firm has an isolated workspace with authenticated, firm-scoped access and private file delivery.
  • Documents, correspondence, and links. Uploads, correspondence, document requests, payment links, and consultation links. Clients are not internal workspace users. Limited client-facing functions stay separate from the firm desk.
  • Calendar, staff, and phone. Schedules, hearings and filings, staff collaboration, walk-ins, notarial workflows, reports, and the same workspace on mobile.

FAQ

Is this a shared demo?
No. Starting a free trial creates your own private firm workspace (database + document storage) for 7 days. Explore the Sample Workspace to try billing and tasks with fictional SAMPLE-* clients — that run-through stays on your device and does not register a firm.
Who owns our data?
You do. Your firm’s records are isolated in your workspace. While you have access, you may download the reports and files AEGYS already provides. For offboarding, A & S can provide a controlled administrative export after verifying authority.
How is this different from Clio or other SaaS?
Those are built for every firm everywhere. AEGYS is tuned for Philippine boutiques: GCash workflows, matter-centric billing, and a flat Monthly / Annual subscription instead of per-seat fees.
What happens after the trial?
The trial includes the full Basic desk and file storage. If you purchase and A & S confirms payment, the same workspace continues — you do not rebuild clients or matters. A one-time ₱40,000 setup unlocks the workspace, then Monthly ₱499 or Annual ₱5,000 (about two months free). The desk locks if unpaid. Client payment portal stays an optional ₱10,000 add-on and is not included in the trial.
How do staff sign in?
Add each person on the firm staff roster. They sign in with Google using that work email. You can limit someone to billing-only or give full tasks access.
Can we use our firm colors?
Every trial desk uses the Practice steel theme. Upload your logo and letterhead — they brand the nav and the PDFs AEGYS generates, such as SOAs and letters.
